Strategic Operations & Transformation

I find the opportunities others miss — and build the fix that scales.

Fifteen-plus years improving how complex organizations run — for Fortune 500 enterprises and for teams I've built from zero.

The through-line

The same instinct, on two very different fields.

Read the field. Call the play. Build the system that wins.

For fifteen years I've done that in two arenas. In the enterprise, it meant owning a multi-year transformation at Bank of America end-to-end and standing up operational frameworks at LPL Financial. On the pitch, it meant founding a nonprofit from nothing to grow the sport in Poland and support its national teams — building the whole operation behind it while coaching at the international level.

The common thread is insight paired with execution. I'm at my best when I can see what needs to change and then build the thing that makes it happen — whether that's a full transformation or a targeted fix — and bring the people along so it lasts.

How I operate

A repeatable way to turn a mess into a machine.

Every engagement runs the same four moves. The order matters — most operational failures come from skipping straight to the fix before anyone's defined what actually needs fixing.

01

Diagnose

Get inside the operation and run the diagnostics — surveys, interviews, time studies, the data. Find what's actually broken, not what's assumed.

02

Define

Set the strategy and the priorities. Decide what the machine should look like and where the leverage is before a dollar gets spent.

03

Build

Design and stand up the systems, processes, and teams to execute — with the controls that keep it accurate and compliant.

04

Deliver

Drive the change so it sticks — communications, training, adoption — and measure the result against the problem we started with.

Signature work

Three times I defined the play and built the system.

01

An enterprise ledger transformation, owned end-to-end

Bank of America

Led a multi-year SAP / eLedger transformation from readiness plan through change management, training, and a permanent support model serving 6,000+ users and 500+ stakeholders. Ran a global team of 20+ and lifted service from Tier 1 to advanced Tier 2 — cutting escalations 50% while inquiry volume rose 75%.

02

A cost-management platform, built from diagnosis to launch

Bank of America

Directed the cross-functional diagnostics — surveys, interviews, time studies — to surface where cost and effort were hiding across Treasury, Advisory, and AML Due Diligence. Then designed, tested, and launched an enterprise cost-management platform in Agile, with the production controls to keep it accurate and audit-ready.

03

A nonprofit, built from zero

Poland Lacrosse Foundation — Co-founder & President

Founded a 501(c)(3) to grow the sport of lacrosse in Poland and support the success of its national teams — then built the entire operation from nothing: governance, payment systems, a merchandise store, donor tools. Scaled revenue 6× and runs logistics for 200+ athletes a year across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, including a Polish heritage team based in North America.

Let's talk

Scaling, and feeling the operational strain that comes with it?

That's exactly the moment I'm built for. Let's have a conversation.
